Overview
We are working on behalf of an Am Law 10 firm to recruit a Marketing Manager, Client Engagement to serve as a key go-to marketing resource for the San Francisco office. The Manager will work directly with office and regional leaders to develop and execute client development strategies and manage a range of targeted marketing activities that align with client needs and support the business objectives of the office/region. Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives, manage regional events, and oversee office marketing budgets. Team Leadership & Delegation: Oversee and develop team members, manage the professional development of staff, and delegate work to other team members effectively. Client Engagement & Brand Visibility: Enhance lawyer and firm visibility through CRM use, rankings and awards submissions, external communications, media opportunities, and professional organization involvement. Collaboration & Integration: Work cross-functionally with practice groups, PR, communications, and market intelligence teams; support lateral integration and contribute to leadership meetings. Credentials and Expertise
Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or JD is a strong plus. Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of business development, marketing, or related experience. Deep understanding of the local market for legal services and the competitive landscape. Strong writing, proofreading, presentation, and critical thinking abilities, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills. How to Apply

Salary Range: $165,000 - $200,000 based on experience and qualifications.
