Summary: The Account Rep I position is the first level position in Patient Financial Services. This position performs a wide variety of revenue cycle activities including, but not limited to collecting insurance payments, working insurance denials, processing bills, resolving reimbursement issues and providing excellent customer service. Other information: High School diploma preferred. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to read and understand billing policies; obtain information from a variety of sources; use a computer and various software efficiently to accomplish set goals. Work positively with patients, families, coworkers, payors, and other internal and external customers. This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly. Connect With Us
