Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Development Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that foster positive employee experience and enhance overall organizational performance. This role supports the development and implementation of employee learning and development solutions at the institution, including analyzing needs, driving learning recommendations, and evaluating effectiveness. This is a hands-on position involved in building courses and classroom delivery. Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and publish a course catalog and annual calendar of learning and development offerings. Contribute to the development and implementation of L&D policies. Develop course content and supporting job aids into appropriate media; including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and e-learning modules. Facilitate learning using instructional techniques and formats such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and interactive lectures. Collaborate with management to identify training and development opportunities that enhance employee skills, job satisfaction, and career growth. Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends. Analyze engagement data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Manage New Employee Orientation to help employees understand college culture, policies, and procedures. Serve as liaison for the Employee Assistance Program. Serve as USG Well-Being Program liaison and manage the GGC Well-Being Program by developing, implementing and coordinating wellness initiatives and activities to support employees\' physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance. Deploy all USG and GGC compliance training for faculty and staff through the automated training system, track completion rates, and report completion to USG in accordance with required standards. Manage recognition and reward programs to celebrate employee milestones and achievements (i.e., Service Awards). Provide in-depth support to managers with the performance evaluation process, by assisting with goal setting and feedback. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Five or more years of relevant experience Preferred Qualifications
Five or more years of measurable success in training, including learning administration, course design and development, and adult education/learning styles. Good working knowledge of eLearning development software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, LinkedIn Learning). Prior experience with Skillsoft LMS preferred. Prior experience in a growth environment is strongly preferred. Proposed Salary
56,800 - 71,000 Salary offer will be dependent on candidate\'s experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Experience with software and technologies used in online course creation and delivery. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
