This role supports the Human Resources department to deliver effective service to the campus community. Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator provides in-depth organizational support to HR Employee Relations and Special Programs, and general support to Human Resources to ensure effective service for the campus community. This role serves as the first point of contact for Human Resources, contributing to a welcoming environment and high-quality service for students, staff, faculty, and the broader community. Responsibilities

Provide front office coverage by welcoming new GGC staff, assisting with documentation for new hires, and receiving visitors for appropriate HR contact; serve as liaison for HR inquiries and ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up; answer, screen, and direct telephone calls; support a wide range of activities such as special projects, filing, compliance review, events, scheduling, and correspondence; assist with employee correspondence to ensure timely communication. Manage the HR@ggc email portal with initial tier one responses and redirect inquiries to appropriate HR staff. Serve as the first point of contact for workers' compensation claims or workplace accommodation requests; generate reports and track trends to identify improvement areas; maintain accurate records for related claims and requests. Maintain employee records and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries related to employee relations metrics. Act as the primary contact for ePerformance inquiries and manage creation, transfer, and deletion of performance evaluations. Maintain and file HR documents for recordkeeping; assist with on/offboarding processes and related data input tasks. Support HR special projects and events, coordinate engagement initiatives, well-being programs, or recognition efforts. Assist with Grizzly learning by assigning compliance training to new employees. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Required: 2 Year / Associate Degree; Two years of administrative support or customer service experience. Preferred: 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree; 2 years of experience in a college or university HR office. Proposed Salary

42,100 - 50,500 Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
