This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denver, CO for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for CAD model analysis, CAM toolpath generation, coordination with manufacturing, creation of Technical Data Packages, project management, presentations and communications to upper management. This position will report to the Production Manager. Responsibilities

Performing and coordinating multiple engineering/production projects Engineering project planning and execution Project management (GANTT style) to cost and schedule Regular documentation of projects, operations, process, and records ITR planning, development and compliance to requirements Coordinate development efforts and contracts among multiple departments Process development and bringing new materials online Proposal technical volume shaping, scope and authorship Identify and shape new engineering developments and capabilities aligned with BMA business strategic direction Executive briefings on project status, urgent production issues and technical topics Strong commitment to BMA Quality Management System Create high quality, technical presentations, reports and customer updates Customer facing engagements from business capture to project completion Guide data driven assessments of non-conformances, determination of root causes and advise on implementation of effective corrective actions and controls Mechanical system analyses using CAD/CAE software Requirements

Must be a US citizen BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 5 years’ experience with multi-axis CAM 5 years\' experience with solid and surface CAD modeling 5 years’ experience working in quality manufacturing environment (ISO 9001/AS9100) 5 years’ experience of project management 5 years’ experience working with manufacturing suppliers, vendors and service providers Experience operating or directing CNC machine operations Experience preparing executive briefings and providing status updates Experience working with customers for high dollar deliverables Additional Information
