What You’ll Do

Be process‑driven:

Perform outbound calls in an assigned territory, set online demos, and create opportunities for Account Executives using tools such as Aircall, HubSpot, and ChatGPT.

Communicate exceptionally:

Build rapport, qualify prospects, and effectively communicate our software’s value.

Produce quality results:

Meet or exceed the monthly quota of online software demos and daily activity targets.

Be collaborative and coachable:

Participate in weekly sales training and share best practices.

How Success is Measured

Hit 100+ daily activities including calls, emails, and text messages.

Effectively qualify and schedule 90+ demos converting into sales opportunities.

Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and ensure scheduled demos occur successfully.

What You Bring

Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Effective prospecting and qualification ability.

Sales experience in software or related industry preferred (not required).

Time management skills and ability to operate in a time‑sensitive sales environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Salesforce/HubSpot/CRM experience preferred (not required).

The Fine Print (That Really Matters) We expect pay between $42,000 – $60,000 for this role, plus benefit eligibility including health, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with match. Additional compensation such as bonuses or equity may apply.
