About This Role As a
Senior People Partner, Operations
at Covered Insurance Solutions, you will play a key role in transforming HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role requires a strategic and hands‑on HR professional who can build strong client relationships, provide
white‑glove service
to employees, and ensure compliance across all states of operation. You will manage
leave of absence (LOA) communication and tracking, compliance, performance management, employee relations (ER) cases, tracking key HR metrics, time card and payroll processing, assisting in HR system and tool implementation, and overseeing benefits, vendor engagement, and administration.
About You And Your Experience
7+ years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, preferably in a fast‑growing or multi‑state organization.
Experience working in an Insurance Agency or with a non‑exempt workforce is a huge plus.
Deep knowledge of employment laws, LOA regulations, and HR compliance across multiple states.
Experience managing time cards, and processing payroll is a must.
Experience handling performance management and employee relations cases with a strategic, business‑oriented approach.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable insights.
Exceptional relationship‑building skills with the ability to provide concierge‑level HR support.
Experience in HR system and tool implementation with a proven track record of successful deployment and process optimization.
Proven experience in benefits administration and vendor management, ensuring optimal employee offerings and cost management.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience with HRIS and reporting tools is a plus.
