Addison Group is working with a rapidly growing organization. Our client is expanding its Human Resource function and seeking a versatile HR professional who can support both day‑to‑day HR operations and increasingly strategic HR partnership as the company scales.
Job Description:
This role serves as both an operational HR expert and an emerging HR Business Partner. You will oversee HR systems, payroll coordination, benefits support, and compliance while also partnering with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all UKG system activities, including data accuracy, reporting, and workflow maintenance.
Support payroll processing, timecard validation, and related coordination.
Provide benefits support, vendor communication, and enrollment updates.
Serve as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and compliance.
Assist in employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as needed.
Support performance cycles and coach managers on best practices.
Track and interpret HR data, providing insights into trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with a third‑party LOA administrator and track employee leave cases.
Contribute to HR technology implementations and process improvement initiatives.
Deliver proactive, high‑touch HR support to employees across the organization.
Qualifications:
4+ years of HR operations, employee relations, or HRBP experience.
Strong knowledge of multi‑state employment laws and leave regulations.
Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping systems.
Prior UKG experience preferred.
Parking: Onsite parking available.
