Role:
Improve end-to-end revenue cycle performance through analytics, audits, and process fixes focused on CDM, charge capture, billing/coding accuracy, and denial prevention.
What You’ll Do Build concise reports on billing, coding, reimbursement, and charge capture. Audit patient accounts and CDM; resolve compliance and payment issues. Diagnose late charges, claim edits/rejections, and denials; drive remediation. Support new services (CDM build, pricing, charge routing, reporting). Track and communicate payer/regulatory changes and operational impacts. Monitor KPIs: DNFB, clean-claim rate, denial rate, charge lag, A/R days.
What You’ll Bring Bachelor's in business/finance/health Admin or equivalent experience. 1–2 years in patient accounting/billing/revenue integrity/RCM. Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, DRG/APC, UB-04/CMS-1500. Strong analysis, Excel skills, clear communication, cross-functional teamwork.
Required System experience: Epic EHR required
(HB/PB reporting/work queues preferred). Strong Excel skills Strong preferred -SQL/BI (Power BI/Tableau)
