contract-to-hire
opportunity working with healthcare clients nationwide on high-impact Epic implementation and optimization projects. Pay:
$67/hour Hours:

Contract-to-hire Job Summary The Consulting Supervisor will join a national Healthcare Advisory team focused on delivering strategic Epic Revenue Cycle solutions for hospitals and large physician groups. This role is ideal for an experienced Epic consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has deep knowledge of both technical build/configuration and operational workflows across the revenue cycle. You’ll collaborate with top professionals in: Epic implementation and optimization Revenue cycle operations Healthcare IT Regulatory and compliance consulting Job Duties: Optimize Epic applications to meet client revenue cycle and regulatory goals Assess and redesign current-state workflows for improved performance and efficiency Lead or support full lifecycle Epic Revenue Cycle implementations (HB and PB) Configure and build Epic modules such as Resolute, Cadence, Prelude, HIM, etc. Train and support client staff through go-lives and optimization initiatives Create and manage project work plans, timelines, and deliverables Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior team members Prepare internal and client-facing project status updates Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices in Epic design and revenue operations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent work experience) 3–5+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience, preferably in a consulting role Experience with Epic modules such as Resolute (HB/PB), Prelude, Cadence, HIM, or Reporting Workbench Hands-on Epic design, build, and configuration experience Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows, compliance, and reporting Proven ability to lead client service teams and meet project deadlines Ability and willingness to travel nationwide as needed Highly Preferred: Epic certifications (active) Experience with large-scale health system clients or multi-entity organizations Consulting firm background WHO SHOULD APPLY?
