Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, licensing, SaaS, NDAs, and partnership agreements. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, Product, Finance, and Compliance to support commercial transactions. Providing strategic legal advice on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution. Developing and maintaining contract templates, playbooks, and standard negotiation guidelines. Training and educating internal teams on legal and contractual issues, best practices, and company policies. Managing contract lifecycle tools and processes to ensure efficient workflow and recordkeeping. Monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s contractual obligations and advise accordingly. Salary
