Position Overview As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will be part of a growth-oriented team representing sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that showcases and differentiates their portfolios online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships by advising on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy, and ROI using our proprietary analytics and reporting tools. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to grow your client portfolio. The role is on-site in our office in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build consultative client relationships to drive advertising revenue and serve as a trusted advisor for strategic marketing plans.

Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.

Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar colleagues to drive sales revenue.

Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE, and market trends within your territory.

Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel by car outside the driving radius of the office.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is essential. 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence, or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas with a customer-focused approach. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

Success in building long-term relationships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels. Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date. Flexibility to adapt to a high-growth environment. Self-starter who can work in a team and independently.
