Sales Executive

with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships and advise on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, highlighting return on investment using our proprietary analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to build your client portfolio. We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and you will learn digital marketing and sales skills by collaborating with internal experts in product marketing and management. This role is on-site in our CoStar Group office in St. Louis, MO. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management – Build consultative, trust-based relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, share market insights, and offer solutions to help clients achieve their goals. Client Engagement – Build strong relationships through regular in-person meetings, which may require travel. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech/PropTech/FinTech, data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment. Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications

Success in building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational vehicle prior to or by start date; flexibility to adapt to a high-growth environment. Self-starter who works well both independently and in a team.
