Advise institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on complex commercial real estate transactions. Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across multiple asset classes
office, retail, logistics, healthcare, student housing, hospitality, and data centers. Draft and negotiate purchase & sale agreements, joint venture documents, leases, and loan documents. Conduct and manage due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning). Advise clients on real estate development projects from entitlement to completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tax, construction, zoning, finance) on deal execution. Support clients in day-to-day real estate operations, including amendments, subleases, and lease assignments. Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance. 35 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm. Admission to the New York Bar (required). Proven experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Why is This a Great Opportunity:
