As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote and elevate the Sauce Labs brand to our target audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and sales, to develop and execute highly effective campaigns that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. Manage end-to-end campaign execution process, including planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization. Create content for landing pages, emails, social media posts, and advertisements and collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign materials. Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns, providing regular reports on campaign performance, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and engagement metrics. Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and recommend strategies for optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment and support. Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to ensure campaign relevance and innovation. Analyze competitor marketing strategies and identify opportunities to differentiate and position Sauce Labs effectively. Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience of 2 years as a marketing campaign or a similar role, preferably in the software/technology industry. Knowledge or understanding of marketing principles, campaign management, and demand generation strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging campaign content and deliver impactful presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at various levels. Passion for technology and the software industry. Benefits
