About the Role Sauce Labs is seeking a dynamic Campaign Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. As a Marketing Campaign Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote and elevate the Sauce Labs brand to our target audiences. This role reports directly to the Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, content and paid media to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing and demand generation teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and implement end‑to‑end campaign execution processes – including planning, creative development, execution, measurement and optimization.
Produce landing pages, email copy, social media posts and ad creatives; ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaign materials.
Track, measure and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaigns; provide regular ROI, lead conversion and engagement reports.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and support; manage project timelines, budgets and resources to execute campaigns on time and within budget.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends and competitors; identify opportunities to differentiate and position Sauce Labs effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in software/technology industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels – email, social media, content marketing, paid media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging campaign content.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; data‑driven approach to optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Passion for technology and software industry.
Location & Compensation Hybrid workplace – candidates must be willing to travel to our office as required. Base salary range: $70,000 – $85,000 USD.
