Are you a technically skilled and commercially minded professional ready to take the lead in a growing international organization? We’re looking for a
Sales Manager for North America
to drive our business within the
Transformer industry , with a primary focus on
Power Transformers
and secondary also Distribution transformers.
About the Role You will be responsible for developing our sales across North America, building strong relationships with existing and new customers in the transformer sector. With a solid foundation of references, a strong product portfolio, and deep industry knowledge behind you, your mission is to grow our presence and take it to the next level.
Our
North American operations are based in Lombard (Chicago), Illinois , where we also have our
warehouse and distribution centre
supporting customers across the region. The position can be
based locally in the Chicago area
or
structured as a hybrid role
depending on the candidate’s location and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for the transformer market in North America
Manage and expand relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with our technical and management teams in Europe and the U.S.
What We’re Looking For
Strong
technical background
— preferably within
electrical components, connectors, or tooling
for transformer manufacturing
Solid
commercial and negotiation skills
Experience from the
power transformer industry
or related sectors
Self-driven, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel across North America
