Requirements

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and attracting talent
• Experience recruiting for Software/Tech and Engineering roles
• Focused on delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience

Responsibilities

This role will handle full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Software/Technology, and Engineering positions. Looking for a candidate with strong sense of urgency and proven ability to understand hiring manager needs, source top talent, through to offer. Someone who can partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, and vet candidates on position alignment. This person will work both independently and as part of a great, collaborative team. Some travel to job fairs or career events as needed.
