Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their growing team. This position will manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, with a primary focus on Software/Technology and Engineering positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and driven by providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies.

• Develop and post engaging, accurate job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track and report on recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

• Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and candidate engagement.

• Proven success recruiting in the Software/Technology and Engineering sectors.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• High sense of urgency, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.

• Occasional travel may be required for recruitment events.
