Overview This role is on-site 3 days per week near Manchester, NH $70-80k depending on experience Recruiter Perm Hybrid: 2 days per week remote and 3 days per week on-site near Manchester, NH Requirements Must Haves: 5+ years of full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and attracting talent Experience recruiting for Software/Tech and Engineering roles Focused on delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience Responsibilities This role will handle full cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Software/Technology, and Engineering positions. Looking for a candidate with strong sense of urgency and proven ability to understand hiring manager needs, source top talent, through to offer. Someone who can partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, and vet candidates on position alignment.
