Overview

Thompson Law is seeking an Attorney Recruiter or Paralegal for a crucial national talent acquisition role, focusing on securing top Personal Injury Attorneys for our growing firm. This position emphasizes recruiting for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.

Responsibilities

• Compliance: All recruiting interactions must be entered into the applicant tracking system at all times.
• Specialized: Recruit for Personal Injury Attorneys and Litigation Paralegals.
• Buy-in: Communicate with hiring managers daily to update them on job requisitions and candidates.
• Negotiate: Negotiate compensation packages with candidates.
• Offers: Work with the HR team to create and extend job offers to candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of direct hire experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• 1+ years recruiting Attorneys in any discipline (Personal Injury a plus).
• In lieu of recruitment experience, 4+ years of recent experience working at a law firm will be considered.
• Past applicant tracking system use is required. JazzHR knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
