Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support in waste disposal to sales, operations, and customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop customized waste management solutions
• Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets, and compile technical data into comprehensive reports for clients
• Investigate hazardous waste regulations and assist in waste classification and treatment options
• Maintain customer pricing records and facilitate communication between departments to enhance customer retention

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in waste disposal, chemistry, or a related field providing technical expertise
• Knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations related to waste characterization and processing protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in safety data sheet analysis and waste processing protocols
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
• Strong business math and accounting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
