Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding waste treatment and disposal services
• Mentor junior staff and assist with complex customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns
• Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and manage billing discrepancies
• Assess and input waste profiles into the company system, ensuring compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in waste disposal or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and data patterns
• Commitment to customer service with active listening skills to understand and resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in waste management or environmental services
• Familiarity with accounting processes and billing systems
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical documentation and regulations
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Experience in logistics and transportation management
