Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + discretionary bonus

Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Manage the month-end close process and prepare financial statements
• Handle job costing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supervise payroll and coordinate audits
• Lead and mentor 2–3 direct reports (Accounting Clerk/Staff Accountant)
• Report directly to the Controller

Requirements Of The Accounting Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Must be willing to “roll up sleeves” and handle transactional accounting tasks
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of GAAP principles
