The Specialist, Brand Marketing supports the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives for PDS Health and its business unit brands, including Smile Generation, Local Office, and PDS Medical Group. This role partners with Brand Managers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate campaigns, ensure brand consistency, and deliver measurable results. The Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies to implement campaigns that build awareness, strengthen reputation, and enhance patient experience.
Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Support
Assist Brand Managers in planning and executing campaigns across digital, print, in‑office, and event channels.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing Ops, and vendors to deliver high‑quality assets on time and within budget.
Maintain campaign calendars, track deliverables, and support budget management with Marketing Operations.
Ensure all messaging and collateral align with brand standards and compliance requirements.
Digital Marketing & Insights
Support digital initiatives including web, social, email, and reputation management campaigns.
Monitor performance dashboards; summarize insights and recommend optimizations.
Brand Strategy & Research
Conduct research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and best practices.
Support development of brand strategies across assigned programs.
Assist with patient/consumer insights, surveys, and reporting to inform campaign planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Brand Strategy, Creative, Operations, and Local Office Marketing teams for alignment.
Coordinate communication across stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Collect and analyze campaign performance data.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing ROI, results, and key learnings.
Industry Awareness
Stay current on healthcare/dental marketing trends, reputation management, and innovations in AI and automation.
Share insights that can strengthen brand positioning and patient engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in brand, digital, or campaign marketing.
Experience in project management, campaign execution, and working across teams or vendors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Attention to detail with a problem‑solving mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with data analysis and using insights to shape recommendations.
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, dental, retail, or agency marketing.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar automation platforms.
Exposure to reputation management or local office/patient experience programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; design tools (Adobe/Canva) a plus.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or content tools (Adobe/Canva a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and vendors.
Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.
Comfortable balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking.
