Location: Hybrid, must be in SF Bay Area. In office 2-3 days per week
About The Role
PromptQL is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to partner with our Engineering & Product executives and accelerate our growth by hiring world class AI engineering talent. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, youll immediately dive into recruiting high-priority roles, particularly AI Staff Software Engineers, with a primary focus on sourcing, engaging, and closing AI focused talent. We have a ton of momentum from our new AI product, PromptQL, and need a strong Recruiter to hire the technical team to continue to innovate and stay ahead of the ever evolving AI market.
Drive end-to-end recruiting for technical roles and related technical roles, specifically supporting our Engineering and Product teams, emphasizing rapid sourcing and pipeline velocity. Independently build robust, high-quality candidate pipelines to meet aggressive hiring goals. Effectively engage, screen, and close top-tier technical talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout. Partner closely and effectively with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain alignment throughout the hiring process. Continuously analyze and optimize recruiting funnel performance to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and offer acceptance. Own projects and programs extending beyond the typical recruiting activities, ensuring process excellence and a top-notch experience for all candidates.
About You
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high tech companies You have an accomplished track record of hiring Engineers and Tech leadership You love to source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Gem AI Sourcing, or other means You can craft strong value propositions across GTM and technical roles alike A collaborative and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike Proven track record of high-velocity recruiting in fast-paced, high-demand environments for hard to fill positions Highly execution-oriented, with excellent organization, prioritization, and closing skills Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements Determined, proactive, and creative in overcoming sourcing and hiring challenges
Compensation (USD)
Base Salary 140,000 - 190,000 Annual Bonus Equity (ESOPs)
