Technical Account Manager / Customer Success Manager - SRE, DevOps, Kubernetes, Cloud Location

- Seattle, WA - Hybrid role with some travel to client site Salary

This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that supports innovative applications across mobile, web, IoT, and edge devices. Noux are working with a rapidly scaling tech business who are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager, someone who combines deep technical expertise with solid account management capabilities. In this role, you'll serve as both a technical advisor and strategic partner to Fortune 500 clients, helping them design, implement, and optimise their applications, while building lasting customer relationships. You'll collaborate closely with skilled engineers, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders to not only solve complex technical challenges but also drive business value and influence the evolution of their platform. The role: Build strong, executive-level relationships with key customers and act as their primary technical point of contact Understand client business objectives and translate them into technical strategies that deliver real value Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and provide hands-on guidance to customer development teams Collaborate across internal teams including engineering, sales, and product to drive platform adoption and continuous innovation Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful impementations and ongoing satisfaction Travel occasionally to client sites to build trust and provide onsite support Your experience; Experience in a Technical customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success Engineer Experience working with Kubernetes (Deployments) Experience managing complex enterprise accounts and driving adoption of technical solutions Demonstrable experience with the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and familiarity with mobile or edge computing environments Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical teams and senior executives with clarity and confidence A passion for enabling customer success through technology Bachelors degree or equivalent experience What would be great to have; Contributions to open-source projects Previous experience in SaaS or platform-based environments Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) Salary - $160-200k DOE + Stock options (salary is flexible and will depend on experience) Comprehensive health and wellness coverage Flexible vacation and spending accounts 401(k) retirement savings plan This is your chance to work closely with cutting-edge technology, supporting industry-leading clients to deliver real-time, reliable solutions at scale.
