(Hybrid) Reports To: Managing Director of Human Resources Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner will lead HR programs for The Children’s Guild, a non-profit organization encompassing non-public schools, outpatient mental health clinics, and charter schools. This role involves managing HR policies, employee relations, coaching leaders, and overseeing benefits, worker's compensation, and HRIS/HCM systems. The Director will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and compensation strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management, to foster a positive work environment. Coach and support Directors and Managers to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance. Provide training design, content, and delivery for HR related topics. Oversee benefits administration, worker's compensation, and leave management to ensure employee well-being. Manage HRIS/HCM systems to streamline HR processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning, requisitions, recruiting strategies, compensation, and onboarding. Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic planning and improve organizational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all locations. Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a non-profit or educational setting with multiple locations. Experience supervising both exempt and non-exempt employees. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Experience with HRIS/HCM systems and data analytics.
