Field Marketing Manager (9 month Contract!) Length: 9 months with possible extension Hybrid Requirement: There is a hybrid onsite expectations (about 50%) Locations: Frisco, TX, greater Dallas area, Chicago or Atlanta Minimum of 3-5 years of field marketing and B2B Marketing experience required **We cannot support 1099, STEM, OPT, H1B, C2C, nothing that requires sponsorship now or in the future

** Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our growth strategy and drive the implementation of our marketing initiatives within the Workday Healthcare business. This dynamic and hands-on role requires close collaboration with local Sales Teams, Customer Success Team, Partner & Alliances Team, and various Marketing functions. You will play a pivotal role in executing a high-impact demand generation strategy that not only generates leads but also expands our community and positions Workday as a market leader. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Sales Teams to align marketing campaigns with business priorities. - Drive integrated marketing campaigns from inception through optimization. - Work with extended teams including demand generation, brand awareness, events, communications, and creative services. - Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on ROI. - Arrange and execute digital and in-person events to engage target audiences and promote thought leadership, products, and solutions. - Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. - Lead the purchase order process and manage vendor relationships. Skills: - Strong knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) marketing principles, including understanding decision-makers and buying committees. - Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns with an emphasis on integrated strategies. - Strong analytical skills with experience in using data for decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of best-in-class agencies/vendors/partners for marketing campaigns. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of field marketing and B2B Marketing experience.
