The Manager of Engagement Management provides leadership over client implementation project management, leads Engagement (Project) Managers, and is accountable for the governance of project portfolios. The role supports strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement across client project delivery. What you will do:

Team Management:

Lead the Engagement Manager team (US) within the DealCloud business unit to foster cohesiveness and provide coaching. Support team members' professional development and growth. Manage resourcing across the project portfolio by collaborating with segment and sales leads. Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Track and manage compliance with reporting standards. Delivery Management:

Support Engagement Managers with client implementation challenges. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on key accounts, project portfolio, and escalations. Collaborate with client-facing teams for a high-quality client experience. Participate in internal steering committee meetings. Manage SaaS engagements (20–30% of role). Governance:

Monitor project budgets and efficiency, ensuring accurate data tracking. Work with Engagement Managers on controls and risk mitigation. Ensure effective knowledge transfer from sales to implementation teams. Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to and enable process improvements across the implementation lifecycle. Seek opportunities to align processes with new products and enhance customer experience. What you will need:

10+ years of experience delivering technical projects and programs. Experience in Professional Services delivering SaaS implementations. 5+ years leading a team of Project Managers and support resources. Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer success. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and maintain a positive outlook. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in presenting to senior leadership. Experience managing organizational and process change. Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience within SaaS professional services. Experience with clients in financial services, accounting, consulting, or legal industries. Experience with information management projects or Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Experience leading client discussions and engagements. What you will gain at Intapp:
