Up to $3800 Job Profile Summary: In this role, you will be processing the applications and executing the due diligence checks for representatives, or potential representatives of the Company. Job Description: Processing of applications for representatives, or potential representatives of the Company. Execution of required due diligence checks and documentation relevant to the Fit and Proper Certification of Representatives under the Representative Notification Framework ("RNF"). Liaison with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Agency Leaders, Candidates, Vendor, Verifiers) to carry out the required due diligence checks. Performing Fitness and Propriety Assessments including: Interviewing the candidates / representatives Following up on declarations and required documentations Timely and accurate record keeping, documentation and reporting. Ensure processes are carried out in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures (“SOP”) with high level of accuracy, and, within stipulated turnaround time (“TAT”). Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Management or related fields of study Relevant working experience will be advantageous.
