Our client, a successful orthopedics practice, is seeking an Office Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations at their main location while managing a secondary office. This hands-on role requires someone who can ensure smooth workflow across all practice operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical office management experience. Location: Natick, MA Work Model: In Office Degree: Not required With parking Responsibilities include overseeing daily medical office operations; maintaining physician and physician assistant schedules; managing staff work hours, appointments, and performance evaluations; monitoring budgetary activities, expenses, and billing procedures; handling accounts payable; ensuring healthcare compliance with regulations and protocols; enhancing patient experience through effective service delivery; developing office policies to improve efficiency; and coordinating hiring, training, and orientation of new staff members. The ideal candidate possesses proven medical office management experience in a healthcare setting, proficiency with EPIC, QuickBooks, and Office 365, strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations, excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with physicians, staff, and patients.
