Warehouse & Customer Support Administrator
to join its Chandler operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys supporting customers and internal teams, and takes pride in operational excellence.
You'll be a key link between warehouse operations and client success, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, accurate inventory handling, and high-level communication with enterprise partners. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication. Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide timely support on order status and delivery timelines. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service teams to ensure accurate and on-time order processing. Enter and track customer orders within ERP or inventory management software. Support inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock adjustments, and documentation. Prepare shipment documentation, process delivery tickets, and archive records in digital systems. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with light production and fulfillment tasks including assembly, packaging, and preparation of custom orders. Generate and distribute simple analytical reports for clients and leadership teams. Identify operational gaps and proactively communicate solutions to enhance service delivery. Qualifications 1+ years of experience
in customer service, warehousing, logistics, or administrative support. Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus. Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to collaborate across departments.
