$38K-$45K annually About the Role: Our client-an industry leader supporting clean, controlled work environments-is seeking a Warehouse & Customer Support Admin to join their on-site team. You'll be the connection point between warehouse operations and customer-facing service, ensuring smooth order processing, stock management, and issue resolution at a fast-moving customer site. Please Note:
This is not an IT, helpdesk, or software role. It is an operations-focused position involving physical inventory, customer service, and coordination-not coding, system setup, or technical troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Enter and manage orders using ERP and inventory systems Generate customer reports and track shipments Monitor inventory across multiple warehouses Support cycle counts, order fulfillment, and kitting Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service or stock issues Archive documentation and maintain accurate records What You Bring: Experience in warehouse support, logistics, or order coordination Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Comfort working with spare parts or technical products Why You'll Love It: Supportive team and stable work environment Exposure to high-tech operations Clear growth path in a niche, specialized industry Competitive pay + full benefits Apply today
