The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for early-career talent. As a CSM, you will work directly with customers to guide them through their business journey with SAP solutions, aiming to increase satisfaction, retention, renewals, and upsells within your solution portfolio.
Program Details:
A 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases, including onboarding, mentorship, and practical experience, leading to a full-time, customer-facing role upon completion.
Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years supporting customers, strong problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and proficiency in English. Knowledge of AI fundamentals is a plus.
Work Environment:
Hybrid setup with three days in-office, and potential in-person training in San Ramon, CA, for four weeks across two trips. The final in-person schedule will be confirmed by Q1 2026.
Additional Information:
