Seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Office Assistant to support leadership and streamline office operations.
Position Summary
This is a mid-level, full-time position ideal for a motivated professional with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a background in administration, accounting, or finance. The Executive Office Assistant will provide high-level executive support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a collaborative office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications
Assist with property management communications
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence with a high level of professionalism
Provide direct administrative support to company executives
Organize office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and scheduling
Support special projects and property-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Communications, or related field)
3+ years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience
Working knowledge of accounting or finance processes (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working independently and with executive leadership
Property management experience a plus
