A highly visible and dual-function Office Coordinator / Executive Assistant is needed to support a dynamic office environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, manages day-to-day front office operations, and provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership as needed.
Base pay range
$75.00/yr - $90.00/yr
Compensation: $75K-$90K
Key Responsibilities Greet and host visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure common areas are well-kept and client-ready
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and special events
Monitor office appearance and ensure it meets hospitality-level standards
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements
Assist with drafting and editing presentations, reports, and correspondence
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support executives with ad hoc tasks
