Overview

Accounting Manager role at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS). Location: Holland, MI (Onsite).

Senior-level accounting leadership opportunity with a regional distributor serving Midwest retailers for nearly 100 years. Under new ownership, systems are being upgraded and the team is growing with a servant-leadership, mentorship-driven culture.

Compensation

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually. Pay range provided by Creative Financial Staffing (CFS); actual pay based on skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL and monthly reconciliations
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll in ADP
• Partner with HR on 401k and compliance
• Review and file quarterly payroll reports
• Provide oversight for AP/AR processes
• Coach and develop accounting staff
• Drive process improvements and system upgrades

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of accounting (GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Intermediate Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, advanced Excel, NetSuite expertise
