Role Overview The Sales Director – Manufacturing will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, expanding client relationships, and delivering growth across the manufacturing vertical. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends, client needs, and technology solutions to lead consultative sales engagements. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the manufacturing vertical. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations. Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, RFI/RFP responses, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to architect tailored digital transformation solutions. Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and opportunity management. Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings to promote capabilities and offerings. Required Skills and Experience 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on manufacturing clients. Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and managing complex sales cycles. Strong understanding of manufacturing industry challenges and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Experience with cloud platforms, ERP systems, and Industry 4.0 technologies is preferred. Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. Relevant certifications in sales, cloud technologies, or manufacturing solutions are a plus.
