Location : Dayton, Maryland Job Type : Full Time, Exempt Pay Range : $55,000 – $57,000 Per Year Schedule : Monday – Friday (Full-Time) POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative, operational, and sales support to the Executive Team. This role is best suited for a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of multiple priorities. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, supporting sales initiatives, assisting with customer communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO Administrative Support Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. Screen, prioritize, and draft communications on behalf of the owner. Prepare presentations, contracts, and maintain organized files. Draft custom proposals and follow up with clients. Maintain CRM notes, track client communication, and support warranty processes. Assist with subcontractor coordination and client onboarding. Operations & Marketing Support Coordinate welcome packets, contracts, and ensure smooth client onboarding. Support marketing by gathering project photos, reviews, and assisting with social media and email campaigns. Help coordinate promotional shoots and advertising efforts. Additional Support Occasionally assist with personal tasks and errands for the owner. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Adaptability in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Experience supporting executives or sales teams in a service-based industry is a plus. WHY JOIN US?
