Labor & Employment Practice Group in

24 years
of substantive
labor and employment law
experience
Background in
employment counseling ,
transactional drafting , and
litigation , including
single-plaintiff
and
class/collective actions
Experience with issues such as
hiring
and
separation ,
wage and hour ,
EEO ,
non-compete
and
trade secret disputes ,
handbook
and
policy reviews ,
corporate due diligence ,
accommodations and leave laws , and
workplace investigations
Preference for candidates with
traditional labor experience , including
union -related matters,
NLRB proceedings ,
arbitrations , and
collective bargaining agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong public speaking ability
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance in all legal matters
Collaborative, collegial, and committed to professional excellence
Key Responsibilities
Advise employers
on a wide range of
employment law
issues , including
wage and hour ,
EEO ,
leave
and
accommodations ,
restrictive covenants , and employee
separations
Draft
employment
agreements ,
workplace policies ,
handbooks , and
transactional documents
Handle employment-related
due diligence
in corporate transactions
Represent clients
in
single-plaintiff
and
class/collective employment litigation
matters
Support clients in
internal investigations
and
regulatory compliance
matters
Engage in
traditional labor work , including NLRB proceedings, arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations
Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive solutions to clients

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:
$235,000
$275,000 , commensurate with experience
