Position Summary The Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Admilparant will play an integral role in preparing for launch of our Phase 3 pulmonology asset, Admilparant. The Director will join a dynamic cross‑functional team and contribute to development of launch strategy as well as launch tactics. This role will shape foundational brand elements, develop actionable insights to support launch strategy and shape BMS's launch into pulmonology. The Director will partner closely with colleagues in Medical, Access, Business Insights and Technology, Manufacturing and country marketers to define commercialization strategies and develop deep understanding of customer and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Translate brand evidence into brand strategy to maximize go‑to‑market planning

Build a deep understanding of local market dynamics, including customer and competitive insights, and growth opportunities to drive local market execution

Collaborate across the organization to incorporate the needs of internal and external stakeholders in the commercial planning process

Partner with markets to ensure launch readiness and identify potential opportunities for above market tactical support

Monitor competitive data and events, identifying emerging trends that could impact the brand and understanding implications to integrate into brand strategy and plans

Partner with WW Value, Access, and Pricing team as needed to enhance the value story

Contribute to business opportunity evaluation, forecast preparation and development of commercial launch strategy

Partner with global supply organization to ensure timely availability of drug supply at launch

Optimize the Pulmonology commercialization model in partnership with global markets, embedding marketing excellence principles

Experience and Requirements

BA/BS required; MBA / graduate degree preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive industry experience with a proven track record of success across products in various stages of development, from pipeline to launch to in‑market.

Functional experience within Pulmonology and/or rare disease is a plus.

Experience in global and within market preferred.

Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and understand market analysis and assessments to drive strategic decisions.

Multiple experiences of leading and being the champion of commercial strategy.

Ability to critically assess opportunities with disciplined thinking to determine what is best for patients and our business, and to influence / build alignment with stakeholders.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to assimilate complex information to create and manage budgets and meet financial targets.

Proven track record demonstrating breadth and depth of experience across marketing competencies and exemplary achievement of performance objectives.

Demonstrated experience in leading strategically, communicating with impact, and creating a strong, inclusive, energizing culture consistent with BMS values.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for mobilizing matrix team members and embracing teamwork within a cross‑functional environment.

Domestic and International travel required (~10%).

Compensation Overview Princeton - NJ - US $196,950 - $238,661
