Experienced in managing hourly and salaried employees simultaneously.
Proven experience in being hands‑on with all facets of a manufacturing facility.

Demonstrated ability to lead with a "business owner" mindset.
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Why This Role? This position offers the opportunity to
own the success of an entire operation , with the autonomy to make impactful decisions, implement improvements, and lead a committed team. If you are a results‑driven leader ready to take full responsibility for a high‑performing facility, we encourage you to apply.
