Payroll & Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Process semi‑monthly payroll for the firm’s employees.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports and other required documentation.
Handle employee payroll inquiries with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Partner with the Human Resources department on additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, reporting, and compliance.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Exceptional client service skills, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, discretion, and communication skills.
Work Hours
– Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
