Payroll & Human Resources Specialist

We offer an excellent opportunity for those interested in partnering with a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the firm’s semi‑monthly payroll operations while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Primary Responsibilities
Payroll processing (semi‑monthly)
Maintaining payroll records
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Preparing and reconciling reports
Handling employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
Partnering with Human Resources on other duties as assigned
Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
Team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills
3+ years of work experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment
Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platform required
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, reporting and compliance
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related field preferred
