The role focuses on payroll operations while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Primary responsibilities include payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, preparing and reconciling reports, handling employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality, and partnering with Human Resources on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS platform is required. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, reporting and compliance. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related field preferred. Team‑oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking and organizational skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, discretion and communication skills.
