Concord Hospitality is seeking a
Human Resources Manager
to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. This role ensures HR operations support the overall success of the property while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead HR operations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training associates
Administer benefits, payroll, wage structures, performance appraisals, and HR records
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as brand and company standards
Counsel and support associates, handle disciplinary actions, and conduct exit interviews
Coordinate associate recognition programs, communication channels, and development initiatives
Analyze staffing needs, turnover, and retention trends, making recommendations for improvement
Support leadership team and other departments as needed to maintain a safe, productive, and positive workplace
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR management in hospitality or multi‑unit operations
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
Passion for fostering a positive workplace culture and developing associates
