We’re hiring a Direct Hire Recruiter at our corporate HQ in Cleveland.

You are looking to use your abilities to control and plan your future. Our direct‑hire team can write your own paycheck with an uncapped commission structure on placements.
What do Direct Hire Recruiters do?
Match qualified talent with great job opportunities for our light‑industrial staffing clients.
Develop recruiting strategies on behalf of our clients, conduct interviews with candidates, and prepare candidates for client interviews.
Establish relationships with clients and ensure an overall positive client experience.
Post job advertisements on job boards, search online databases for candidates, and attend hiring events as needed.
Assist candidates with resume creation, refinement, and submittal to clients.

Qualifications
