About the Role We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven

Regional Sales Director

to lead a high-performing

field sales organization of approximately 40 team members

across the Southeast region, with primary responsibility for

Florida and Georgia .

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening partnerships with key retail and wholesale customers. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to deliver growth and operational excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a regional field sales team of around 40 professionals, including sales managers, representatives, and support staff.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets.

Direct all aspects of sales, distribution, and channel development within Florida and Georgia.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, independent retailers, and distributors.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for expansion.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze sales data, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and engagement.

Manage regional sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Represent the company at major trade shows, customer events, and industry functions.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and corporate standards.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams in the

food and beverage

sector.

Proven record of delivering sales growth and building effective regional operations.

Strong existing relationships with retail and wholesale partners in Florida and Georgia.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Analytical, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and customer focus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
