Job Title: Lease Up Marketing Coordinator Job Type: Full Time
Job Description Summary This on-site role plays a pivotal part in driving occupancy, supporting leasing efforts, and enhancing the visibility of our multifamily community in the Miami and Downtown Miami markets. If you have a passion for outreach, marketing strategy, and community engagement, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing action plans to drive qualified traffic and support leasing success
Lead outreach and visibility efforts through vendor partnerships, event participation, and community connections
Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and promotional initiatives
Conduct market research and track marketing performance to inform strategy
Coordinate and support lease-up campaigns, resident events, and special promotions
Design flyers, ads, and press releases for various platforms
Maintain a vendor library and negotiate marketing packages for best ROI
Collaborate closely with Property and Regional Managers to align with occupancy goals
Provide light administrative support (calls, forms, filing, supplies, etc.)
Essential Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional focus on detail.
Proactive individual who works independently.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; OR 1-2 years of related experience/training; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in marketing or leasing within the multifamily housing industry
Lease-up experience and familiarity with market-rate multifamily communities
Strong knowledge of the Miami and/or Downtown Miami Market
Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
Ability to work standard office hours plus occasional evenings/weekends for events and outreach
A proactive, energetic team player with a passion for resident engagement and marketing innovation
